Frances Yuan Wang

 

is an interdisciplinary artist, creative technologist, and full-stack developer who creates conversations to connect the tangible with the virtual. With this medium, she explores methods for seamless and natural user experience that empowers fluid expression in art, performance, as well as in our physical and virtual lives.

Her works have been exhibited at venues, festivals and conferences around the world, including 3LD Art + Technology Center, FILE Festival, ISEA, Made in NY Media Center by IFP, Harvestworks, Wassaic Project, Maker Faire New York, CultureHub, The Firehouse Space, Make Music New York Festival, the Nordic Conference on HCI in Finland, and the International Conference on Live Interfaces in Portugal. She holds a Master of Music in Music Technology from NYU and a BA Multimedia Design from Northumbria University.
